Hilman has spent almost a decade studying Creative Arts majoring in film, video and radio productions. A former Executive Producer and Radio DJ, Hilman also helped at-risk youth who were not academically incline but were very talented in terms of arts and sports to enhance their skills and passion. After researching and working in the entertainments, Hilman switched career path to become an Educator where he taught mainly History, Social Studies and Computer Applications. 2 years later, Hilman once again switch field. This time he chose counselling and pursued a Master of Social Sciences. Eversince then, Hilman had mentored and counsel several young talents that were capable to reach greater heights.
